DABS Training Enrollment and Policies

By enrolling in a DABS Training course (Demonstrating Appropriate Budtending Safety), you, the student, agree to the following terms and conditions. Our training programs are fully online and must be completed within 90 days of registration.

Course Participation Requirements

Throughout the online training, our system will prompt you with personal validation questions. These questions must be answered correctly to progress in the course. If a question is answered incorrectly, you will have another opportunity to respond. Some questions will require an essay-style answer. If an essay question is not answered validly, it will be marked as incorrect.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your course within 10 days of registration and receive a refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, under the following conditions:

The course has not been completed and no certificate of completion has been issued.

The course has been discontinued by the student.

A written refund request is submitted via email.

The refund request is made within 10 days of registration.

Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if the course was purchased based on a misrepresentation made in promotional materials or by       an employee of DABS Training. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the request.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our training courses. If you are not completely satisfied with the course, you can request a refund (less a $25.00 administrative fee) within 10 days of registration and before attempting the final exam.

Grading and Progress Policy

To receive a certificate of completion, you must:

• Complete the entire training course within the 90-day period.

• Answer security questions correctly as instructed.

• Complete the course independently without assistance from others.

• Score at least 70% on the final exam.

• Ensure no one else completes the course on your behalf.

• If you do not pass the final exam, you may review the course material and retake the exam without additional charges.

• Understand that you can complete the course at your own pace, but it must be finished within 90 days from the registration date.

• Acknowledge that interruptions beyond DABS Training’s control may occur.

Privacy Policy

By enrolling in a DABS Training course, you acknowledge the following:

• Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of validating your course completion and issuing your certificate.

• Financial data is used for billing purposes only and is not stored in our database. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.

General Information

DABS Training cannot issue a certificate of completion unless all course requirements are met. A certificate will be considered invalid if:

• It is signed without fulfilling the required hours of instruction.

• Any information on the certificate is falsified.

Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in a DABS Training course, you affirm that:

• You are the individual completing the training and that all information provided in the registration form is accurate.

• You have read and fully understand the terms outlined in these policies.

• This agreement constitutes the entire contract between DABS Training and the student. No verbal promises or assurances outside of this agreement will be binding.
